Who we are

Paydirt Field Ops LLC ("Paydirt", "we", "us") operates https://paydirtfo.com and provides marketing and operations services to contractors and trades businesses. This page covers (1) how we handle information collected through our website and forms, and (2) the terms governing SMS/text message communication.

Information we collect

When you submit a form, request a scan, or text/call us, we collect what you give us directly — name, business name, email, phone number, and details about your project or request. We also collect standard web-analytics data (pages viewed, referring source, UTM parameters) to understand which channels bring real inquiries.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, follow up about our services, and improve our own marketing (never to build a mailing list we sell). Your information is stored in our client-relationship system (Twenty CRM) and, if you've opted in to text updates, in our SMS provider's systems (Twilio) for the sole purpose of communicating with you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only with the service providers that make our own communication with you possible (email delivery, SMS delivery, CRM hosting), each bound to use it only to deliver that service.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Paydirt Marketing & Ops related to your inquiry, project updates, and appointment reminders.

• Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
